mdg168 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (KTP), passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified (typically 7 days) may result in Account suspension or closure.
To access the full functionality of mdg168, you must create an Account by providing your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and creating a secure password. You may only open one (1) Account per person. Opening multiple Accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting" or "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. If you believe your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify mdg168 customer support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. mdg168 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
mdg168 operates a mandatory KYC policy in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) regulations. Before your first withdrawal, and at any subsequent time as determined by mdg168's compliance team, you will be required to submit documentation proving your identity, age, and residence. Acceptable documents include a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a photo of your bank card or a screenshot of your e-wallet account showing your name). Accounts that fail KYC verification will be suspended until verification is complete. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed without successful KYC completion.
mdg168 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment methods: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI), and e-wallet transfer (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during standard banking hours (Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 WIB). Off-peak deposits may take up to 24 hours due to interbank processing times. mdg168 does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transaction fees.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete); (b) you must have met all wagering requirements for any active Bonuses; (c) the minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000; and (d) you may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes during peak hours (08:00 – 24:00 WIB) and up to 24 hours during off-peak periods. mdg168 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawal requests (above Rp 50,000,000) or on Accounts flagged for unusual activity, which may extend processing time to up to 72 hours. Withdrawals are free of charge up to three (3) times per week; subsequent withdrawals within the same week may incur an administrative fee of 1% of the withdrawal amount.
mdg168 maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1×) before the deposited funds are eligible for withdrawal. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering or other illicit financial activity will be immediately frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, bets will be voided unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mdg168 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or defamation. This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your Account and these Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of mdg168 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mdg168 is licensed and regulated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and mdg168. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.
mdg168 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that:
Upon Account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any amounts owed to mdg168, including Bonus forfeitures or penalties for breach of Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful KYC verification. mdg168 is not obligated to provide a detailed explanation for Account closure decisions.
